What Are No-Bake Cookies Made Of?
You only need a handful of ingredients to make these chocolate peanut butter no-bake cookies. First you'll cook a mixture of sugar, milk, butter, and cocoa on the stove until it boils. Then you'll mix in oats, peanut butter, peanuts (if you'd like), and vanilla extract. Drop the mixture by spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet and let stand at room temperature until set. That's it!

Line a large baking sheet with waxed or parchment paper; set aside. In a medium saucepan combine sugar, milk, butter, and cocoa; bring to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 minute; remove from heat. Stir in oats, peanut butter, peanuts, and vanilla.
